Fuyu Persimmon

Attractive Evergreen Foliage: Fuyu persimmon has a neat, naturally rounded habit with lush green foliage that creates a fresh and attractive presence in the garden throughout the growing season.

Delicious Fruit: This popular Japanese persimmon produces abundant, sweet orange fruit with a firm, crisp texture. The non-astringent fruit can be enjoyed while still firm or allowed to soften further for a richer flavour.

Striking Autumn Display: As temperatures cool, the foliage develops warm yellow and orange tones, complemented by the bright orange fruit that remains highly decorative on the tree.

Excellent Garden Feature: Its tidy growth habit and attractive fruit make Fuyu an excellent choice for home orchards, kitchen gardens, lawns, or as a feature tree in a sunny position.

Easy-Care & Productive: Once established, Fuyu is a reliable fruiting tree that performs best in full sun and fertile, well-drained soil. Regular watering during fruit development helps support good-sized, quality crops.

Four-Season Interest: From fresh spring growth and summer foliage to colourful autumn leaves and abundant orange fruit, Fuyu combines ornamental appeal with a delicious edible harvest.
