Lime ‘Bears’ is a vigorous, nearly thornless lime variety prized for its seedless, juicy fruit and strong citrus aroma. Producing smooth, thin-skinned limes that turn pale yellow when fully ripe, this variety offers a bold, tangy flavour ideal for cooking, drinks, and garnishes. The fruit is larger than a typical key lime and contains more juice, making it a favourite in both kitchens and bars. The tree is compact and productive, thriving in warm, sunny spots and suitable for containers or garden planting. ‘Bears’ Lime is a reliable performer, delivering zesty harvests from late summer into autumn.
