The ‘Parnell’ Renga Renga Lily (Arthropodium cirratum ‘Parnell’) is a superb choice for creating a lush, low-maintenance groundcover. This selected form is distinguished by its elegant, broad, and somewhat glaucous strap-like leaves, which form dense, arching clumps. While it is adaptable to many garden situations, its foliage looks its absolute best when positioned in a moist, shaded environment, where it can create a serene, verdant carpet. This is a fantastic plant for adding texture and year-round interest beneath trees or in a shaded garden bed, though it will need protection from frost to truly thrive.
