Apple ‘Baujade’ is a modern variety prized for its crisp texture and refreshing, sweet flavour. The fruit is medium-sized with a smooth green skin that sometimes takes on a soft golden blush as it ripens. Its flesh is firm, juicy, and aromatic, making it excellent for fresh eating, lunchboxes, and fruit platters. Harvested in mid to late season, ‘Baujade’ is known for its good keeping qualities, holding both flavour and crunch in storage. The tree is compact and productive, well-suited to home gardens and smaller orchards where space is limited. With its reliable crops and refreshing taste, ‘Baujade’ offers a clean, modern twist on the classic green apple.
